Super Simple Banana Ice Cream

Super simple, ice cream recipe using my favorite that is so quick and easy to put together and you don’t need a machine, just a bit of mixing and a bit of freezing. Into a large mixing bowl, you will need some whipping cream and you will beat it until you get nice stiff peaks and has doubled in volume then you will add in sweetened condensed milk.

This will help to give a bit of body to the ice cream while also giving it creaminess and sweetness. Also, add in vanilla extract and tow large bananas that are mashed, make sure you use really ripe bananas which always have a very strong banana taste. Beat that again until everything is combined and smooth.

Carefully spoon the creamy mixture into a freezer-safe container, try to be careful when spooning the mixture into the container because you still want it to remain with the air that was beaten in it. Pop the lid on and place it into the freezer to chill for a minimum of 6 hours or overnights.

Scoop the bananas once it is wee frozen into a bowl and enjoy. This is a super simple recipe to make, absolutely gorgeous, the smell is incredible. you will surely enjoy this to the last bit.
