These meatballs are absolutely awesome, really simple to make and you can serve them with literally anything you want. The first thing you will do is preheat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit then take a big bowl and add your minced meat, chopped spring onions, two cloves of crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, ginger, salt and sriracha sauce.

Break in one egg then go ahead and mix everything all together. Once you are done mixing the ground beef with other ingredients, line a baking sheet with parchment paper take little bits of teh meat roll them into a one-inch ball and then fondle them into your hands then line on the baking sheet.

Pop them into the oven for around 20 to 25 minutes depending on how cooked you want them to be. While the meatballs are cooking, take a moment to prepare the glaze starting with adding apricot jam to a bowl.

Add in more sriracha and soy sauce then mix everything together and wait for the meatballs to finish baking. Add your meatballs to the bowl containing the sauce and then toss them around using a spatula then serve.
