People love these buns, they have an aromatic and vanilla flavour, its soft and you are going to enjoy with butter or your favourite buns. Start by sifting the flour to a mixing bowl then add yeast and mix it in. For this recipe, you are going to use 4 egg yolks without the whites, beat the egg yolks then add in sugar and mix it in. Melt the butter then add it to the egg yolks mixture together with milk, mix it in then pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and start mixing it with a spatula.

This is a simple dough that you don’t even have to knead it by hand, just by using the spatula, you can bring this dough to the desired consistency. Once the dough has come together, cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for around one hour. Lightly oil or butter the baking tray then takes the dough out and roll it to any shape, round or in an oval shape and then place them on the baking tray space them to give room for the dough to rise when baking.

If you have a small bowl, you can bake this in batches or put them in two baking trays. Once lined, cover and let them rise again for one hour. Make an egg wash by beating one egg yolk and two tablespoons of milk then brush the top of the buns then bake in a 365 degrees Fahrenheit preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Once baked, let the buns cool down before serving. They are soft and will be eaten with milk in no time.
