This bread is fluffy and delicious made with two flavours that will definitely be your favourite buns. Into a large mixing bowl add 230ml of milk, 3 grams of dry yeast, and 25 grams of white sugar then whisk and set aside for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add 300 grams of flour and 3 grams of salt to the mixture and start mixing with a spatula.

Continue mixing with the spatula until everything comes together. this will be a very sticky dough. Once the dough has come together, melt 15 grams of butter and add to the dough. Continue mixing with a spatula for about 2 minutes or until you can see the butter is incorporated into the dough.

Cover with a cloth and let the dough proof for one to one and a half hours or until its doubles in size. Once risen, your dough will be ready, deflate the dough by lightly turning it over in the bowl with the spatula then transfer the dough to a floured work surface. Press the dough with your hands to flatten it to about 20 by 20 cm then cut the dough into small pieces between 60 to 64 pieces.

Dip your fingers in flour take each piece and shape each piece of the dough and place the ball on the baking pan. Repeat the process with all the dough and line them in the pan in whatever way you want as long as they are beside each other. Once done, cover them and let them rise until they double in size.

Microwave one tablespoon of butter and add half a teaspoon of garlic powder and a quarter teaspoon of salt mix well. Once the dough has been proofed, brush the top of the dough with the butter mix. Bake at 350F/ 180C for 18 to 20 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and onto a rack to cool down. These buns are super fluffy and soft, you can brush them with honey water if you want sweet bread. Enjoy this delicious bubble bread.
