This is a simpler recipe of making soft and delicious donuts without using an oven. Start by cracking eggs to a bowl then to the eggs add yeast, sugar (the amount of sugar depends on your taste) and stir it completely using a whisk. Stir until the yeast is melted and then add in plain flour stir while adding the flour. Stir until the dough starts to form then add in oil and mix well.

Using your clean hands knead well into a soft dough. Knead the dough for almost 2 to 3 minutes until the dough is smooth, uniform and very soft. Place teh dough in a greased bowl and let the dough rise to double in size. Once the dough has doubled in size take it out and place it onto a work surface and knead it several times to get the air out completely. Knead the dough evenly and squeeze out air completely. Knead it in strip direction then cut it into equal parts then take one piece at a time and make it squeeze from the outside to inside the bread dough is very soft do it in the round and tighten the bottom and place it aside.

Brush a layer of oil on the board or work surface and flatten each piece directly and put the piece where the oil is to avoid sticking do so for the remaining pieces. Brush a layer of oil on the surface of the dough to avoid sticking. Cover with a plastic wrap and let it rise again for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and once the doughnut dough has risen, start frying them.

Place them carefully to the oil and fry them until both sides are golden then remove them from the oil draining the excess oil and place them on a baking tray or sheet. Once fried it should be crispy on the outside and very soft inside despite being fried. You can serve them as they are or coat them with sugar for extra sweetness and enjoy.
