On moist occasion, these buffalo wings are my go-to appetizers. They are so good. In a large bowl, add in the chicken wings then season with salt and pepper, toss the chicken around making sure the seasonings get on every piece. Line the chicken wings in a wire rack and place the rack on a baking sheet and bake the chicken in a 425 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes, flip the chicken halfway through the baking process.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce, in a bowl with softened butter, add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Toss the around then place it in the microwave until the butter is melted.
Once the chicken wings are done baking, take them out of the oven and dump the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl then add in the sauce and toss everything around. Your wings should come out very flavourful and crispy.

- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs hot sauce
- 2 Tbs (28 grams) butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
