This easy and delicious chocolate cake without baking powder, a dessert recipe you can’t miss. To begin in a bowl add in flour, salt and then sieve in cocoa butter and sift it into the flour bowl. Mix well using a spoon. In different bowl crack in eggs be careful not to get any shells in it, to the eggs add sugar, vanilla essence, and whisk them in together well.
Boil some water in a saucepan and place the vessel with the mixed egg on top and mix until all the sugar is completely dissolved. Switch off the flame when the mixture is Lukewarm. Beat the egg mixture until it is fluffy and doubled in size using a hand mixer, once well-mixed use a spatula and fold in the flour mixture in 3 parts folding it well after each addition until you get one same color.
Next, melt your butter and add in the flour mixture and mix it in the butter then mix it well in. batter your round pan and cover it with parchment paper and pour in your batter, use the spatula to get it all in the pan and tap it on the counter to release large air bubbles. Put the batter into a preheated oven of 350F and bake for about 30 minutes.
Once it is baked get it out of the oven and use a toothpick and insert it at the center and if it comes clean it is done. Then remove the pan and the parchment paper, overturn the cake and take the bottom pan and the parchment paper and let it cool on the board. Next, take semi-sweet chocolate bars and put them in a glass and milk and melt it on the microwave and once melted stir it up using a spoon to mix till you get a nice consistency, pour it on the top of the cake and spread it using a spoon and let it drip, let it dry and put a strawberry on top of it then slice and put on a plate and enjoy.
