Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles

This recipe just sounds too good to be true, it is made with only two ingredients and the results are absolutely gorgeous. This Milk Chocolate Truffle is made with just condensed milk and cocoa powder. You just want to combine the condensed milk and cocoa powder into a mass and create truffles that look delectable.

Pour the condensed milk in a saucepan and just warm it up until it starts to form bubbles around the edges then remove from the heat. Pour the heated condensed milk in a large bowl and then sift in the cocoa powder in three batches and combine with the condensed milk after each addition You want to mix until the mixture until it feels like a very stiff frosting.

You will need a brownie pan lined with some plastic paper then dump the chocolate truffle mixture in and spread it out the place it in the refrigerator to chill for three to four hours before serving them.

Remove from the fridge then dust with cocoa powder and cut it into bite-size pieces. These truffles are so delicious and the texture is sticky but a little bit chewy and the chocolate flavor is so good. You can double or triple this recipe depending on the number of people you are making these truffles for. Enjoy.

  • 100 grams (1 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
