Oreo no-bake cheesecake is a simple and delicious dessert. It is made with Oreo vanilla cookies, cream cheese, and whipping cream. It’s simple and delicious and you can’t go wrong with this cake. Add 8 Oreo cookies with the fillings into a medium-sized mixing bowl, then crush them until they are nice and crumbly.

Use anything you have to crush the cookies well until very fine, this will be your base. Once done, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and mix everything until you get a wet sand-like mixture. Prepare a springform pan and add the mixture to the base of the pan then using a spatula, pat everything down so it’s nicely flat and even.

Set it aside. Add 250 ml of cold whipping cream into a mixing bowl and start beating with an electric mixer until it doubles in volume. This should take around 5 minutes, if your whipping cream is not chilled, it will take longer to achieve this volume. Into another bowl, add 100 grams of room temperature cream cheese together with 3 tablespoons of confectioners sugar and a quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Beat with an electric spatula until it reaches a nice cream form then add it to the whipped cream mixture and beat them together for a minute. Break a couple of Oreo cookies into small bits or very fine crumbs depending on how you want then add them to the cream cheese mixture use a spatula to fold everything until nicely combined.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the springform pan with the Oreo cookie base and fill it until it reaches the top of the pan. Smooth the top and finish it off by putting full Oreo cookies over the top. Place the cake in the fridge for a few hours to give it texture before serving. If you love Oreos, this will be your all-time dessert.
