Garlic butter herb steak bites with potatoes are such a simple meal that is full of tender garlic herb melt in your mouth steak with potatoes. This is a meal that the entire family will love. Start by cutting your steak into smaller pieces about one to two inches and for the potatoes, you are going to use the bite-size potatoes, wash them out and start cutting them.

Cut them in quarters or as wedges then place them into a bowl. You will start your seasoning with some salt and black pepper on both the potatoes and steak bites, add in complete seasoning and mix them in. In the steak bites, add in Worcestershire sauce and mix it in to make sure each steak bite is covered in both the sauce and the season. Cover with a plastic wrap then let it marinate in the fridge for at least one hour. In a small bowl, add in a stick of butter that is at room temperature then add in chopped parsley and thyme, seasoning, and diced garlic.

Mix everything in with the batter but if you have garlic butter already in the house then that will work as well. Once you have mixed the butter and spices, set it aside until you are ready to use it. In a large skillet, add in some oil followed by the butter and garlic mix and let it melt. Add in the potatoes and let them cook over medium heat turning them once they start to turn brown.

Once all the potatoes wedges are golden brown, remove them from the pan. In the same skillet, add in the garlic butter mix, let it melt then place the beef steaks in, cook them over medium heat until they become golden brown and turn them until they are well cooked through.   • 3-4 tbsp complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

  • Chopped thyme & parsley
