In this recipe, we have four different types of chicken poppers to try; the BBQ the buffalo chicken poppers the garlic parmesan and the honey chipotle all of which look really good and really simple to make. So basically what we’re going to do for this recipe since the chicken is cooked the same for each type, we are going to make a ton of the chicken poppers then make the sauces to coat with them afterward.

Since the original recipe calls for two chicken breast, we can double that to four breasts in total and just divide them up so each one gets a different type of sauce. Before we start with the chicken, prepare everything we need, in a small bowl, measure four teaspoons of salt, two teaspoons of pepper, two teaspoon of garlic powder and two teaspoons of chili powder. Take two bigger bowls and in one, crack five eggs, whisk them together and just about a cup and a half to two cups of plain flour in the other bowl.

Cut the all chicken breasts into bit size pieces then place the cut chicken breast into a bigger bowl then pour in the ingredients we had prepared before. Once you thoroughly tossed all the spices throughout the chicken, set that aside and grab the eggs and flour, first, then need a thorough coating in the flour then coat them in the egg mixture and back into the flour one more time. Try to shake excess flour off the chicken then do the same for all the chicken pieces you have. Fry the chicken in heated oil until really crispy golden brown.
