Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings

On most occasions, these buffalo wings are my go-to appetizers. They are so good. In a large bowl, add in the chicken wings then season with salt and pepper, toss the chicken around making sure the seasonings get on every piece.

Line the chicken wings in a wire rack, place the rack on a baking sheet, and bake the chicken in a 425-degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. While the chicken is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a bowl with softened butter, add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.

Toss the mixture around, then place it in the microwave until the butter is melted. Once the chicken wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and dump them in a large mixing bowl. Add the sauce and toss everything around. Your wings should be very flavourful and crispy.

Ingredients;

  • 12 chicken wings
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs hot sauce
  • 2 Tbs (28 grams) butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
