Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe
Mayonnaise is traditionally made with an egg yolk but we have tailored this recipe to make your eggless mayonnaise at home. You will need fresh cream, oil, mustard paste, crushed black peppercorns, and salt. Mayo recipes come with different variations and flavours ranging from garlic, mustard and herbs but this is a simple plain egg-free mayo recipe.
This mayo recipe is free of animal products, ultra-healthy, and has a light taste and texture that are a perfect addition to summertime lunches. To begin, take the fresh cream and add in a stand mixer you can use a bowl with an electric mixer then give it a blend then start adding oil little by little until you get a homogenous mixture.
Scrape the sides of the bowl at regular intervals of time and blend again to make sure you have a very smooth mixture. Your mayonnaise is ready at this point and the final things that you need to add are mustard paste, crushed peppercorns, and some salt then give that a mix. Serve the mayonnaise in a serving bowl.
This is the basic version of mayonnaise and you can add more ingredients like tomato ketchup or mixed herbs. You can use shredded vegetables and add mayonnaise to them and it will be a coleslaw. You can also serve this mayonnaise between slices of bread and make your sandwiches. Follow the exact measurements and you will be super happy with the results. Store in an airtight container. You could use a mason jar.

- 1/4 cup fresh milk
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 3/4 cup of oil
Instructions;
- Whip the cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add oil gradually, whisking continuously.
- Repeat the process until all the oil is incorporated.
- Serve as a dip or use as a sandwich spread.
