You also don’t need any special equipment to make this bread and its good with some butter to accompany your dinner and not only will you love it, but you will also be obsessed with it. They will look like bins sent from heaven. You will need some warm milk then add in the yeast then mixed it in and set aside to bloom. In another bowl with flour, add flour, sugar and the bloomed yeast mixture and start mixing the dough with a spatula.

When the dough starts to come together, you can add the salt, you always want to add the salt afterward and not directly on your yeast because it can interfere with the rising of your dough. If you are using a stand mixer you want to knead the dough for around three minutes, by hand, you will need to set the spatula aside and bring the dough by hand. This dough is actually one of the easiest dough to work with it will not stick to your hands but if you find that the dough is a little tough you will cover it with aplastic wrap and allow it to sit for around 20 minutes.

The gluten will relax and it will be easier to knead. Work on the dough for about 5 minutes then start adding in the softened butter, make sure the butter is soft and spreadable. Incorporate the butter into the dough by folding it in and this will take some patience and a few minutes. In the end, your dough will become smooth and beautiful, transfer it to a greased bowl, cover it well and let it rise for two hours and it will also double in size.

After rising, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and start forming your bread rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper leaving space between each rolls because they will rise again and expand. Cover the rolled dough again and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes. What makes this milk bread stand out is its beautiful light milk color. Instead of brushing thew top with some egg wash, lightly dust the top with cornstarch and this will give your buns a beautiful cloud-like bread look.
