This spicy vegetable crepe is also a paratha and it is absolutely easy to make and absolutely delicious. In a big bowl, add all the ingredients starting with wheat flour, all-purpose flour, chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped tomatoes, chilli flakes and cilantro.

You will also add grated cheese then add milk and mix everything in using a hand mixer. Adding milk gives such a nice soft texture to this paratha or crepes, it will be super soft and super nice.

Once everything is nicely mixed in, take a griddle and add one teaspoon of oil on it and use a brush to spread the oil nicely on the pan. Add one and a half big ladle full of the batter to the griddle and spread it over the hot pan.

Cook it until the bottom becomes nice and golden which should take about a minute and a half then flip it over to the other side. Cook it for the next one and a half minute on the other side then remove it and serve on the plate while still warm.

You can serve with some ketchup of some chutney and enjoy.
