This is the best no-bake chocolate dessert you will ever eat. It is simple to bring together and requires just a few ingredients. Into a large mixing bowl, add 80 grams of Oreo cookies with the cream on, then using a hand blender, grind the cookies into fine crumbs, making sure all cookies are crushed before moving to the next step. Add 40 grams of melted butter and use a spatula to mix the cookie crumbs and butter until they are combined.

Prepare a 16×16 cm / 6.3×6.3 inches cake pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper, then add the cookie crumb mixture and press well with a spoon to form a base. Set it aside. Add 200 grams/ 2 bars of dark chocolate broken into chunks and 150ml of room temperature milk into another large bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave for about a minute then remove and stir the mixture, if the chocolate is not melted, return it to the microwave at 30 seconds while mixing after every interval until it’s melted.

Alternatively, stir the bowl over hot water and stir the mixture until it fully melts. Ultimately, you should have a very smooth chocolate ganache with no lumps. Set the chocolate aside. Add 300ml of whipped cream to another bowl and beat the cream with an electric mixer on high speed until the cream thickens. Add the chocolate ganache to the beaten cream in thirds while folding the mixture with a spatula until well combined before adding the next batch.

After adding the last batch, mix until you have a homogenous chocolate batter with no streaks of cream. Bring the pan and pour in the batter, then level the top and place it in the fridge for 2 hours. Before removing the cake from the fridge, prepare the chocolate ganache to top it by adding 50 grams of milk chocolate and 80 ml of whipped cream to a mixing bowl. Microwave it or place it over a hot water bath.

Stir the mixture until you have a smooth chocolate ganache. Then, remove the chocolate dessert from the fridge and pour the ganache over the cake. Refrigerate it for an hour, remove the pan, and serve your delicious chocolate mousse dessert.
