This bread is super springy, the inside is soft and you are definitely going to love it once it is out of the oven. Add all-purpose flour into a large bowl together with dry yeast band half a teaspoon of salt. Mix the dry ingredients very well to make sure the yeast mixture and the salt are well distributed into the flour then set aside. For the wet ingredients, you will need one cup of warm milk into a jar. to that add in one egg, two tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon of olive oil, and then using a wire whisk, mix the wet ingredients together to make sure the egg in beaten well into the milk mixture.

Create a well at the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients in then using a spatula, start to bring the wet and dry ingredients together until all the flour is moistened. Once you are done, cover the dough with a plastic wrap and place it in a warm environment to proof, the best alternative is to switch on the oven and place the covered dough in for about one and a half hours until the dough is doubled in size.

Degas the dough once it has proofed then place the dough into a lightly floured surface and work on the dough for about a minute, shaping it into a round ball. Divide the dough into half then quarters until you have 12 equal pieces of dough. To roll the dough, take each piece of the dough and fold it while you turn the dough around then turn the dough over so the side that is smooth is facing up then cup the dough with your hand and roll it in the surface until you gen a smooth round dough.

You can also roll the dough in your hands and you will still achieve the perfectly round shape. Line the dough into a parchment-lined baking sheet spacing them to give room for second proofing and baking. Cover the rolled dough and let them proof again for around an hour or until double in size.

Once the dough has proofed, dust all-purpose flour over them then bakes the dinner rolls ion a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy this bread with any spread of your choice or dip in meat stews and enjoy.
