Lemon Honey Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add the chicken wings to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more intense flavor. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Reserve any leftover marinade. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the chicken wings from the oven. Brush them with the leftover marinade, then return to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, remove the chicken wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
