This easy flourless chocolate dessert requires just a few ingredients that you have. It is simple to prepare and you only need to let it chill before digging in. Into a saucepan, add three and a half cups of milk and a tablespoon of agar. Stir the mixture until the agar is dissolved in the milk then place it over medium heat.

While the milk is starting to heat up, break 200 grams of dark chocolate and add them to the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes while stirring it until it starts to thicken. Remove from the heat only if you can see that all the chocolate is melted. Pour the mixture into a rectangle-shaped cake mould and refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Into a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 300 grams/ 3 bars of dark chocolate with hazelnut/biscuits heat it over a microwave or a water bath and stir it until the chocolate starts to melt. Add vegetable oil or butter ( 1 tablespoon per 100 grams/ 1 bar of chocolate) continue mixing it and set it aside.

Once the refrigerated chocolate has set enough, remove it from the fridge and then remove it from the mould onto a wire rack. Pour the melted chocolate over the chocolate bar and return it to the fridge for 15 minutes for the chocolate to set. Plate it, slice and serve.
