This salmon is the easiest most delicious way you could ever make salmon. You will start by making the marinade for the salmon, in a large bowl, you will have some melted butter then into that add some olive oil, soya sauce, honey, minced garlic, brown sugar, dijon mustard and some red pepper flakes for a little heat then go ahead and mix everything together.

This is the perfect marinade for salmon. Grab your baking pan and lay some sliced lemons on the bottom then lay your salmon on top of the lemons. Make sure your salmons are very fresh, the right out of the store or the fridge, that way it won’t develop a fishy smell. Pour the marinade all over your salmon then you will let the salmon marinate for exactly one hour to soak in all those delicious flavors.

While the salmon is marinating, make sure you baste it every 20 minutes, that way you will get the marinade moving all over the salmon. Also, make sure you cover your salmon and put it in the fridge while it’s marinating. While still marinating, remove your salmon from the fridge and let it sit in the counter for 15 minutes to come to room temperature before you put it in the oven, that way your salmon will cook evenly. You are going to put your oven at the broil setting and broil the salmon for exactly ten minutes.

After ten minutes you are going to take out your salmon and baste it very well with the sauce then put it back in the oven to broil for another five minutes. The sauce on the salmon will be amazing and the flavor of this salmon is out of this world. Serve this salmon with rice and asparagus.
