These crispy golden potatoes are incredibly delicious, stunning with a beautiful and divine garlic aroma of baked potatoes. Your whole family will love this potato dish. Wash your potatoes and peel them then place them in boiling water and add a whole onion and salt. Once the potatoes are soft and a knife can go through it easily, remove from the heat and drain them then set the potatoes aside.

Melt butter in a saucepan and once heated, start frying the potatoes in batches in the butter. Let them brown each side while turning them in the pan on medium heat. Once they become golden brown, remove from the heat and serve with salad. Another way is to bake these potatoes but they don’t need to be pre-boiled and you also don’t need to peel them.

You will start by making the dressing, pour oil in a bowl then add salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, crush three cloves of garlic and add into the oil, some thyme then place the potatoes into the bowl and mix them well with the flavored oil. Line a baking tray with parchment paper then place the potatoes and oil in the pan and cover the top tightly with the parchment paper then bake the potatoes at 180 degrees celsius for 40 to 50 minutes.

If you want them brown won the top, remove the parchment paper that covers the top and place them in the oven for around 7minutes and they will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. These potatoes will be delicious and soft once they are out of the oven, serve them immediately with pickled cabbage and enjoy.

The other way you can prepare this potato recipe is by washing the potatoes, boil them then place them into a bowl and add a dried crust to the potatoes and bake them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. This potato will be super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with a wonderful smell in your house.

Golden Potatoes;

  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Butter ~ 100 g
  • Salt

Potatoes in parchment;

  • Potatoes – 800 g
  • Olive oil – 4-5 tbsp.
  • Salt – 2 tsp.
  • Garlic – 3-4 clove.
  • Fresh Thyme – 2 stems
  • Rosemary dry – 0.5 tsp.

Potatoes with crackers;

  • Potatoes – 800 g
  • Breadcrumbs (homemade) – 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil – 3-4 st.l.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Seasoning for potato dishes – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt

Instructions;

  1. Clean my potatoes and boil them in salted water
  2. Once the potatoes are fork-tender, place a pan on medium heat and add butter.
  3. Fry the potatoes in butter until they are golden brown turning them in the process until you achieve the golden-brown color on all, potatoes.
  4. And serve with a salted salad.
