This is a super easy and tasty dessert made using milk and chocolate as the main ingredients. Into a saucepan, add 500 ml of unsweetened milk, 100 grams of sugar and agar powder. Whisk and let it chill for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 150 grams of dark chocolate cake into small chunks. If you have chocolate chips you can use them instead.

Add the chocolate chunks into the milk mixture and lightly whisk it in. Place the pot over low heat and continue whisking while the mixture heats up. That way you won’t burn the bottom of the pot because the milk is easy to burn. Heat it until the mixture starts to bubble and boil for about 5 minutes and then turn the heat off.

Pour the mixture into a cake mould and set it aside to cool down. Once completely cooled, put the mould in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours until it is completely set. Remove from the fridge after chilling and invert it over a chopping board and slice. Serv this melt-in-your-mouth chocolate dessert and enjoy. If you like chocolate, this is a must-try.
