These cookies in a mug recipe will make only one cookie but you can make more and since you will be making them in the microwave, place one or two at a time depending on the size of your microwave. In a mug, add a tablespoon of flour and half a teaspoon of baking soda, salt, brown sugar and regular white granulated sugar.
You will also need one egg yolk, a teaspoon of chocolate chips and vanilla extract, and melted butter. In your microwaveable safe mug, butter the inside then set the mug aside. Into the dry ingredients, add the egg yolk, and vanilla extracts the mix very well then add a teaspoon of melted butter and mix again.
Into the buttered microwavable mug, add the cookie dough mixture then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and then microwave it. It will depend on what watts your microwave is but you can leave it in the microwave for about a minute and ten seconds then check if the batter has firmed up.
If you are using a large mug, you will leave it for more minutes, about two before checking it. This is a great quick treat if you want something sweet, give it a try and give us your feedback.
