People are going mad for avocados so what we are going to do is give you five recipes that you can prepare with avocados. First up is the Mexican breakfast wraps with a silken omelet, avocados, and chili sauce. Brilliant for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Just lice up some tomatoes, salt, pepper, coriander leaves, and lime. A fresh few chilies, the avocado, some wheat tortillas. Pan on medium-high heat, add eggs then we are going to sprinkle in some onions. Grate about a teaspoon of cheese then adds six eggs. Add oil to your pan and just a little butter then into the pan goes your eggs and let it cook lightly then put that on your plate coating the avocados and onto that, drizzle some homemade chili sauce. It’s absolutely gorgeous.
Don’t go buying guacamole if you already have your avocados in the house. To make proper guacamole, slice up two spring onions then get a ripe avocado and just squeeze it all out. You need a nice ripe tomato, cut that up the season with salt, pepper, and of course chili. Make the chili a hot or not as hot as you like. Squeeze one lime in there then take some coriander and just slice it up. Now, that’s guacamole.
Next is the green sauce with avocado, in a beautiful chicken wrap. You are going to love this. Fold over your chicken breast in a plastic wrap and smash it out about a centimeter thick then add olive oil, season with salt and pepper then let that cook in a griddle pan, meanwhile, chop your tomatoes and avocado. We are going to load that up with some lettuce, shoots, tomatoes, the chicken, a little bit of avocado, spring onions and then hit that with a little yogurt.
A five ingredients Mexican breakfast with avocados, eggs, beans, you are going to love this. Finely slice red, green and yellow chilies. Put salt and a little vinegar on there. Add a little oil in the pan on medium heat then fry those chilies for a little bit. As soon as those chilies have fried up a little bit, the eggs go in then add your black beans. Straight on there, your chopped avocados than a little seasoning. Add a bit extra olive oil t\hen put the lid on for about a minute and a half.
The last recipe you can prepare with your avocados is the vegan prince, this is a fantastic sweet potato and bean chili with avocado. You want to take your sweet potatoes and prick them then bang them in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Add a splash of olive oil in the pan on medium heat. Finely chops your leek, about half a centimeter thick then soften them down in the pan. While that is softening up, chop up two cloves of garlic then throw them in as well. That cooks for about five minutes then in the last 30 to 40 seconds, throw in a tablespoon of cumin and a tablespoon of smoked paprika. Add in two chopped tomatoes then bring that to a boil and a simmer for about 15 minutes. Next, add your tiny mixed beans, a great source of protein great source of fiber.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and leave it for about five more minutes. While that cooking off, take two avocados and prepare them. When that’s done and your beans are cooked, remove your sweet potatoes from the oven and bring it all together. Your sweet potatoes on the plate then pour your beans over them with your avocados on top and finely chopped coriander on top. Its time to chow that down.!
