Tornado hot dogs are like hotdogs but in the form of spiral, pricked on a wooden stick. This is a perfect snack for a party day party or if you arrange with your family, your friends to watch a movie, a football match or whatever you want. Besides being super fun you can make them very easily fast, and with common ingredients that almost everyone usually has at home. Start making the dough that will accompany the sausages. Get wheat flour in a bowl and to it add sugar, salt, chemical yeast or baking powder, and finally water. We mix a little first with the help of a spoon and finish mixing with the help of your hand.

Everything must be integrated very well after a while, it should be neither too sticky nor too dry. And if it is very sticky add a little more flour. And now divide the dough into small portions.  Choose a small piece and with the help of your hands give it an elongated shape. Making a churro like when you were playing with clay. So turn and turn and turn around to make your first churro of dough continue to do the same with the dough you have left.

Once you have the churro doughs ready, move on to spiral the sausages. The first thing you are going to do is cross the sausage with a wooden stick try to go as straight as possible until you reach the end and stop. To cut the spiral sausages use a knife, put the knife diagonally, and cut it and all now you have to do is turning the sausage around. It is very easy once the trick is caught it is super easy.

Once you are finished separate each cut so that the dough we have prepared can entre. Next put the dough in the hole turning the sausage around. When you reach the end pinch the dough with your fingers cut it out. You already have one of your first sausage prepared. Do the same for the rest of the sausage and dough when they are ready to prepare to fry them.

To fry them get a pan and set over medium heat and put plenty of oil and then let it become hot. Start by putting your little tornadoes in the oil. The oil doesn’t have to be super hot because the sausage burns very soon. Turn your sausages with the help of a clamp so that they are done well on all their faces.

Once the dough begins to turn golden brown, your hotdog tornadoes are ready. Take them out and place them on a plate with a napkin so that it absorbs the oil excess. Serve them with a sauce like ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, or whatever you like. The taste is the same as the hotdog but the texture is different. The frying dough remains crispy.
