The Best Fried Chicken Recipe

This fried chicken recipe is an all-American classic. It has a crispy outer layer and a moist and juicy inside. In a small mixing bowl, add adobo, cayenne pepper, onion powder, white ground pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and a good amount of chicken seasoning then to boost the flavour add chicken bouillon. Mix the spices then in a large mixing bowl, add about 4 pounds of your favourite chicken part and add a small amount of oil.

Add the seasoning blends then mix everything making sure the spices are well mixed with the chicken. With this marinate, you don’t need your chicken to sit for long, you can cover it to marinate for at least one hour. After marinating, beat up two eggs and add to the chicken together with hot sauce then mix everything once again making sure everything is well mixed with the eggs and sauce.

If you don’t use or like eggs, you can substitute that with mustard. For the dry ingredients, add all-purpose flour in a Ziplock bag along with cornstarch then shake it around until everything is well combined then add the remaining half of the chicken spices into the flour mixture. This way your chicken will be perfectly seasoned from the inside to the outside. Add the chicken pieces into the flour mixture and when you are adding the chicken make sure to allow any excess liquid to drain off before adding to the bag.

Add a couple of pieces because you want to be able to perfectly coat the chicken. After they are coated in the flour mixture, place them on a cooling rack and repeat until all the chicken pieces are well coated. In a deep frying pot, add oil and heat it to about 350F then add the chicken pieces in the hot oil, making sure you do not overcrowd your pan.

Fry them until golden brown and beautiful. Repeat until the last batch is done then serve with your favorite sauce. This fried chicken recipe is so good and you have to try it out.
