This bread is super soft and fluffy. It is best served with jam, honey, or butter and I hope you are going to enjoy it once it is out of your oven. You will start by preparing the yeast mixture, in a jar with one cup of warm milk, add a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of active dry yeast then stir to combine and set the mixture aside for 10 minutes for the yeast to bloom.

In a separate bowl prepare the dry ingredients by adding 3 cups of all-purpose flour together with a quarter cup of sugar and a teaspoon of salt then give the dry ingredients a whisk. Pour the activated yeast mixture into the dry ingredients together with adding one egg and a third cup of melted butter then start forming the dough.

Once the dough starts to come together, lightly flour your work surface place the dough on it, and knead the dough for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Form the dough into a ball then place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a cling fling, and let the dough proof for one hour or until it doubles in size.

Degas the dough then bring it to your work surface and divide the dough into 10 to 12 pieces and lightly roll each piece with a rolling pin then into a log shape and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Covered the prepared bread rolls and let them proof again for 30 minutes or until they doubled in size. Brush the top with egg wash then bake a 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180C) for 12 to 15 minutes. Once baked, let them cool down before serving them with any spread of your choice.
